Professional experience
Tuna Bereket is a Turkish licensed clinical psychologist; She obtained her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Social Science and Humanities University in Poland and a bachelor's degree in Psychology at Yeditepe University in Turkey. She trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EMDR Therapy. She continues to participate in conferences and workshops related to mental health actively.
Tuna is a Turkish Psychological Association (TPA) member, EMDR Turkish Association, and Cognitive Behavioral therapy Turkish Association in Turkey.
Tuna, empathetically supports individuals in managing their intra and interpersonal emotional and behavioral difficulties and work alongside them to encourage and succeed in creating a more fulfilling life journey.
Tuna extends her services as a Clinical Psychologist to adolescents and adults help impart knowledge on parenting skills and offer awareness sessions as needed. Tuna works with a holistic approach, formulate clients' needs, and employ various evidence-based tools individually tailored to achieve the desired therapeutic outcomes best while considering each client and their unique background. She strongly believes empathy and compassion are critical components in the therapeutic process's success, and she always offers a space where clients can feel heard, secure, and accepted.
