How We Rate Online Casinos
Every casino on this site goes through the same process. No exceptions, no shortcuts, no “we looked at the website and it seemed fine.” We sign up, deposit real money, play games, contact support, and withdraw winnings. The entire process takes about two weeks per casino.
Here is exactly what we check and how it affects the final rating.
Real Money Testing
This is the part that separates us from sites that copy bonus info from a casino’s marketing page and call it a review. We create a real account, deposit between $100 and $300, and play through a mix of slots, live dealer tables, and other games. Then we request a withdrawal and measure how long it takes to receive the funds.
If a casino makes it difficult to withdraw, invents extra verification steps, or takes longer than advertised, that goes directly into the review. We record exact deposit and withdrawal times for every platform we test.
Licensing Verification
We check every casino’s licence manually. Not just whether the site displays a licence logo, but whether the licence number is actually valid on the regulator’s website. Curaçao, Malta Gaming Authority, and Anjouan are the most common licensing bodies for UAE-friendly casinos.
A casino with no verifiable licence is not reviewed. It does not appear on this site regardless of how good the games or bonuses look.
Bonus Evaluation
A big bonus number means nothing without fair terms. We break down every welcome offer by looking at:
- Match percentage and maximum amount
- Wagering requirement (35x is fair, 50x+ is bad)
- Time limit to clear the bonus
- Game contribution rates (how much slots vs table games count)
- Maximum bet allowed while bonus is active
- Withdrawal caps on bonus winnings
Two casinos can both offer “200% up to $1,000” but one might have 30x wagering with 30 days to clear it, and the other 50x wagering with 7 days. The first is a good deal. The second is almost impossible to clear. We rate accordingly.
Game Library
We look at total game count but pay more attention to which providers supply the games. A casino with 3,000 games from Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play’n GO, and Hacksaw Gaming scores higher than one with 8,000 games from unknown studios.
We test game loading speeds on both desktop and mobile. We check whether the live casino section has enough tables and stake ranges. We note if popular titles like Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, or Lightning Roulette are missing, because UAE players specifically look for these.
Payment Methods
This category carries extra weight for UAE players because payment options are more restricted here than in Europe. We test:
- Which cryptocurrencies are accepted and whether deposits actually confirm
- Whether Skrill, Neteller, or other e-wallets work without issues
- Whether UAE-issued Visa or Mastercard gets declined
- Exact withdrawal processing times for each method
- Whether the casino charges any fees on deposits or withdrawals
Crypto-friendly casinos with fast withdrawal processing score higher in our rankings because that is what most UAE players need.
Customer Support
We contact support at least twice during testing. Once with a simple question, once with something more specific about bonus terms or withdrawal processing. We measure response time and whether the agent actually helps or just sends a template answer.
Arabic language support gets noted when available. 24/7 availability through live chat is the standard we expect. Email-only support with 48-hour response times drops the score.
Mobile Experience
We test every casino on an iPhone and an Android device using UAE mobile connections (du and Etisalat). Page load times, game compatibility, live stream quality, and ease of navigation all factor into the rating.
Since almost no UAE-friendly casino has a native app, the mobile browser experience is what matters. A casino that works perfectly on desktop but feels broken on a phone loses points.
Security
SSL encryption is mandatory. We also check for two-factor authentication options, whether the casino’s privacy policy makes sense, and how payment data is handled. For UAE players who need extra privacy, we note which casinos support no-KYC crypto deposits.
Scoring
Each category gets a score. The final rating is a weighted average where payment methods, withdrawal speed, and licensing carry more weight than categories like game count or bonus size. A casino with 2,000 games and 12-hour crypto withdrawals will always score higher than one with 10,000 games and 5-day payouts.
We re-test casinos every few months. If a platform improves, its rating goes up. If it gets worse, the rating drops or the casino gets removed from the site entirely.
